PERMITTED USAGE — EDITORIAL WEB. One factual news, commentary, educational or documentary project on one publication’s website or digital edition and its organic social posts promoting that same editorial story. No print publication, paid advertising, advertorial, product promotion, endorsement, or other commercial campaign. A revenue-supported publication may use this editorial license for genuine editorial content. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION AND ENFORCEMENT. All photographs and videos displayed on this site are protected by United States copyright law. All rights reserved by their respective copyright owners. Except as permitted by law or a valid license, copying, reproduction, publication, distribution, commercial use, and removal of watermarks or copyright information are prohibited. Byron Media Group, LLC will pursue unauthorized use to the fullest extent permitted by law, including civil remedies and referral for criminal prosecution where applicable. Viewing a preview does not grant permission to use it. PARTIES AND ASSET. This agreement is between the rights holder identified on the purchase receipt (Licensor) and the signed-in purchaser identified on that receipt (Licensee). It covers only the still image identified by filename and asset ID on that receipt. If buying for an organization, Licensee must have authority to bind that organization; that organization may use the image only within the same permitted project. GRANT AND PAYMENT. After full, verified payment, Licensor grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable, worldwide license for one project for 12 months from the payment date, subject to the selected usage below. No exclusivity or copyright ownership is transferred. The original image and all ungranted rights remain with the rights holder. Web publications made during the term may remain in their original archive after expiry, but no new use, republication or new campaign is permitted without a new license. RESTRICTIONS. No resale, sublicensing, distribution of the standalone image, stock-library upload, merchandise, templates, AI/model training, deceptive alteration, unlawful use, or false implication of endorsement. Service providers may access the file only to produce the licensed project for Licensee, must protect the file and may not reuse it. Reasonable cropping, resizing and color correction are allowed; do not remove embedded rights information or misrepresent the depicted facts. No use in logos or trademarks. Additional projects, broader rights, extensions or exclusivity require written permission and any agreed additional fee. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. This is an image copyright license, not a blanket release of trademarks, artwork, locations, music, privacy or publicity rights. Editorial licensing does not grant advertising or endorsement rights. Commercial availability means the studio has marked the asset cleared for commercial licensing; Licensee must confirm that any supplied model/property releases and other permissions cover the specific intended use and obtain additional permissions where needed. Request release details before purchasing if the intended use is uncertain. CREDIT AND RECORD. Use the credit stated on the receipt; if none is specified, use Photography by Dennis Byron / Byron Media Group. Credit must accompany editorial use where technically practicable. Keep the receipt, accepted agreement and purchase reference as proof of the licensed scope. The clean-file download does not expand that scope. BREACH AND DISPUTES. Use outside this agreement is unauthorized. On notice of a material breach, stop the disputed use and contact Licensor to resolve it; unauthorized uses do not become authorized merely by paying the original fee. Licensor may terminate the license for an uncured material breach after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Nothing here excludes nonwaivable statutory rights or liability. Refunds or cancellations, if any, must be agreed with the studio; no automatic waiver of statutory rights is imposed. Contact info@byronmediagroup.com with the purchase reference for rights questions or disputes. ACCEPTANCE. Selecting the license and checking the acceptance box records agreement to this version before checkout. The receipt preserves the selected usage, fee, Licensor, Licensee, asset and acceptance timestamp. The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase; later listing edits do not replace it.
